Financial services

From AI curiosity to safer
everyday use

A regional financial-services team wanted staff to use generative AI productively without creating unnecessary privacy, compliance, or customer-risk exposure. LFAI Academy designed a practical AI literacy programme for operations and customer-support teams, using realistic workflows such as drafting internal communications, summarising non-sensitive information, and improving knowledge retrieval.

By the end of the programme, participants had a clearer understanding of where AI could support their work, when human review was essential, and how to apply responsible-use principles in day-to-day tasks.

Programme focus: AI literacy, responsible AI, workflow prompts, human oversight, and department-specific use cases.

Public sector

Helping leaders move from AI policy to practical decisions

A public-sector leadership group needed a shared view of how AI could affect service delivery, workforce capability, governance, and public trust. LFAI Academy delivered an executive briefing that translated AI developments into clear strategic choices for policy, transformation, and service leaders.

The session helped leaders identify priority questions: where AI could improve citizen-facing services, what governance guardrails were needed, which capabilities should be built internally, and how to sequence adoption responsibly.

Programme focus: AI strategy, governance awareness, public-sector use cases, risk considerations, and leadership decision-making.

SME

Turning everyday bottlenecks into
AI use cases

A growing SME brought together staff from sales, operations, customer service, and administration for an AI Hackday. Rather than starting with tools, the team began with real business friction points—from repetitive document work and slow proposal creation to customer follow-ups and internal reporting.

Guided by LFAI Academy facilitators, participants turned selected problems into simple, testable AI-assisted workflows. The result was a prioritised pipeline of practical use cases, clearer ownership for follow-up, and stronger confidence among staff to experiment responsibly.

Programme focus: AI Hackday, cross-functional collaboration, productivity opportunities, rapid prototyping, and action planning.
